This dijonnaise salmon is out of control. Guaranteed to be wife approved, an absolute MUST MAKE.

Set air fryer (or preheat convection oven) to 400C

Spread generous coat of dijonnaise on salmon followed by a coat of our original spice blend and a pinch of garlic powder. Add a few slices of jalapeño on top.

 

Salad bed:

 Take your rugula and mix in:

  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Chopped Fennel

 

Plate by putting your salmon on top of a bed of salad.
