- Smoke Show Jalapeño Dijonnaise
- Smoke Show Original Spice Blend
- Salmon
- Arugula
- Fennel
- Jalapeño
- Garlic Powder
- Olive Oil
- Lemon
- Salt & Pepper
STEPS
Set air fryer (or preheat convection oven) to 400C
Spread generous coat of dijonnaise on salmon followed by a coat of our original spice blend and a pinch of garlic powder. Add a few slices of jalapeño on top.
Salad bed:
Take your rugula and mix in:
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon juice
- Chopped Fennel
Plate by putting your salmon on top of a bed of salad.
