INGREDIENTS
- Smoke Show Jalapeño Hot Sauce
- Smoke Show Original Spice Blend
- CANADIAN Maple Syrup
- Soy Sauce
- Canadian Club Whiskey
- Half a lemon
- Sparkling water
- Rosemary
STEPS
BACON:
Preheat oven to 425C
Spread smoked bacon on baking sheet
Using a cooking brush, apply a coat of maple syrup, repeat with soy sauce.
Apply a generous coating of Original Spice Blend followed by a final brushing of our Original Sauce.
Lay wings on a buttered cookie sheet.
Cook for 15 minutes.
COCKTAIL:
In a glass with ice mix:
- 1oz Rye Whiskey
- Juice of half a lemon
- teaspoon of maple syrup
- spice with our Original Sauce to taste
Top with sparkling water and a sprig of rosemary.
