Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING & PICKUPS
We offer a contactless local pick-up service. Orders will be prepared within 24 to 48 hours. We are open for pick-up Monday through Friday between 9AM-5PM at 4000 rue Saint Ambroise, Suite 104, Montreal, QC, H4C 2C7.
Orders sent by mail are typically dispatched within 1 business day from the time it is placed.
In Quebec & Ontario, we offer $13 flat rate delivery or free shipping for orders of $45 or more. Rest of Canada has a flat rate of $15 or free shipping for orders of $45 or more, with the exception of the Northwest Territories, which is calculated shipping. For US residents, we offer $15 flat rate tracked delivery or free shipping over $65 or more. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. Smoke Show reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to refuse to ship your order and refund it.
All orders placed on statutory holidays will ship out the following business day.
We deliver outside of Canada. In this case, the delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to taxes and customs duties, which are not covered by Smoke Show. These charges are imposed by your government and are entirely independent of delivery charges. Please note that the arrival of packages may be delayed by their passage through customs, which unfortunately is beyond our control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and with pictures of your damaged goods and we will replace the damaged item(s).
It is very rare for packages to be lost or damaged in the mail, but we will do everything in our power to ensure that your order is properly packaged to arrive safely. If this happens, we assume no responsibility for lost packages. All items are purchased at your own risk.
