SHIPPING
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days from the time they are placed.
In North America, we offer calculated delivery for orders under $99, and free shipping on orders of $99 or more. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. Smoke Show reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to refuse orders and refund them.
We ship outside of North America as well. In this case, the delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to taxes and customs duties, which are not covered by Smoke Show. These charges are imposed by your government and are entirely independent of delivery charges. Please note that the arrival of packages may be delayed by their passage through customs, which unfortunately is beyond our control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect order, please email info@montrosefoods.com with your order number and pictures of your damaged/incorrect goods and we will replace the damaged/incorrect item(s).
It is rare for packages to be lost or damaged in the mail, but we will do everything in our power to ensure that your order is properly packaged to arrive safely. If this happens, we assume no responsibility for lost packages. All items are purchased at your own risk.
