Ingredients


  • 1 can artichoke hearts - drained
  • 1.5 cup spinach - coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Smoke Show aioli
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups grated cheddar
  • 3 garlic cloves - chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper - thinly sliced
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Steps


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a baking dish. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake in the oven for 22-25 minutes. Set oven to Broil and bake 2-3 minutes until the cheese is golden.
  4. Garnish with the jalapeno pepper and serve with the tortilla chips.
