- 1 can artichoke hearts - drained
- 1.5 cup spinach - coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup Smoke Show Jalapeno Aioli
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups grated cheddar
- 3 garlic cloves - chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper - thinly sliced
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a baking dish. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the oven for 22-25 minutes. Set oven to Broil and bake 2-3 minutes until the cheese is golden.
- Garnish with the jalapeno pepper and serve with the tortilla chips.
