In this video we're keeping it simple with a roasted red pepper soup, enhanced with our CRAZY smoked chipotle spice blend.

- Smoke Show Chipotle
- 4 Red bell peppers
- 5 Garlic cloves
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Pint of cherry tomatoes
- 1 Can on lima beans
- Olive oil
- Chicken or vegatable stock
- Chili flakes
Preheat oven to 450C
Rinse and pat down chicken wings.
Cover in ½ cup flour and ½ cup Smoke Show Jerk Spice.
Add salt and pepper.
Lay wings on a buttered cookie sheet.
Cook for 30 minutes.
While wings cook, in a blender, add your mango, ginger, green onion, lime juice and Smoke Show Habanero Lime Hot Sauce and a little bit of water for consistency.
Once wings are nicely browned and crispy, remove from oven, drizzle with spicy mango sauce and garnish with green onion and coriander.
